I had the absolute pleasure of working with Matt Allen and it was the best experience I’ve encountered. It was a long process and at times I felt like giving up, but Matt was persistent and kept me on the right path to ensure I could purchase a home in due time. Matt was very informative and helped me explore options to home buying. It took awhile but in the end it was all worth it. His expertise helped me become a homeowner and his mannerism and perseverance was what I needed to get to this point. He was available whenever I called or text even after hours. I can not thank him for his dedication and knowledgeable skills. If you’re looking for a lender Matt is the man for you.

I asked ALOT of questions, was nervous along the way but Matt was there! Very helpful and willing to make us (Myself and my husband) have smooth transition. A lot of bumps on the road, but we finally closed on our home, Matt explained the whole process, and to top it was there at CLOSING!!! I would recommend this company to anyone. From beginning to end, working with Matt Allen was a wonderful experience. While Matt was there every step of the way, as a first-time homebuyer, I had lots of worries and concerns. He often was even a mentor rather than a lender and walked over everything with me. Matt never let me go without an answer for more than an hour, even on his time off his responsiveness was fantastic. Especially at those times when comfort was required, his commitment to walking me and my fiancée through the whole process made a world of difference. Working hard to make sure everything went well right up to the closing, Matt and Brandon, our realtor, really made a great team. I would very definitely give more than five stars if I could.
